HARVEST HOME FAIR “FUN SHOOT”

What a great turn out and "outstanding performance" by the 1st Ohio CMSA shooters at the fair! The entertainment was at its best, shooting rifle, pistols.and teams! The crowd was amazed at how fast we shot, set balloons and shot again and how great we looked with some in period dress and modern dress! I would estimate that when we started there were at least 1000 to 1500 people watching and most never left even with our late start the people watched with enthusiasm and interest. The best part was that when someone did leave- someone else filled their seat immediately. Special "thanks" to those that were able to drive the distance and shoot and to those that came to help; Brenda & Greg, John & Joyce, Eric & Joyce, Tom & Linda, Connie & Dan, Ron, Russ, Jon Keith & Betty Jean, Rick & Diana, Stephen & Lila, Gary & Sally, Chris, Cherry & Marisa, Dave & Brittany, Todd & Ann, Kathy & Steve, Bill, Wayne, Bobby & Barb, and Jerry Jacobs a shooter from Auburn, IN visiting Ruwe's.

Special THANKS" to our sponsors Russ & Andrea Imler of M2 Saddlery, Wayne of Wayne Cole Electric and Bobby & Barb for sponsoring our balloon setters "The Boots, Chaps & Cowboy Hats from Camden, Ohio." Rick Sage for organizing the balloon setters. Dan & Connie App of Tatonka Dan's Shooting Supplies for supplying the all ammo for the evening! The Harvest Home Fair horse show executive committee and the members of the Kiwanis Club of Cheviot-Westwood were extremely pleased with our large turn out, our performance and our effort to dress as Cowboys & Cowgirls to entertain the visitors at the fair. Again, Thanks for all your effort in exposing Cowboy Mounted Shooting to lots of "Westsiders"
